    Respected Sir,
I would like to introduce myself as K.R. Narayanan, a retired Sr. Manager Personnel, Bangalore. I retired from
Indian Airlines after serving for 38 years. I have two issues. One is wage arrears from 1.1.1997 and other is
    my pension scheme.
Wage Arrears: My wage arrears payable from 1.1.1997 to 31.7.2004 is not paid. Before merger, Air India employees have been paid wage arrears from 1.1.1997. Please consider our request towards payment of wage arrears as don in the case of Air India. We are eligible and Government should not deny, with a simple reasons No MONEY. When I retired, all my tax due to the Government was recovered. I have done my duty whether I have money or not.
My pension scheme: An amount of Rs.80,000/- recovered from salary (during service)on pension account. Now, they have scheme with LIC. LIC is paying an amount of Rs.1980/-as pension once in SIX MONTHS. When I am requesting the Management to return the money as I am not interested in the LIC scheme., they say there is no provision. Sir, if I deposit the same (Rs.80000/) in a Bank, should I not get much more as a Senior Citizen?
Why the Management is killing us like this? This is very unfair. I hope you would appreciate and understand our pitiable situation and render JUSTICE. I am willing to appear before you – please give me an appointment.
JUSTICE is expected from you Sir.

Justice may not be done Sir. No provision for that. Commitees are set up by Govt to keep Rtd people busy and give them a good fat PAY only. The fairplay & delivery of justice is far beyond the reach of even the Hon’bl Justice as he will not have the strength to go against the corrupt govt [ministers].

The Justice Dharmadhikari committee sits at the safdarjung office of Air India. You can go and meet them or u can meet Director (Air India) in the civil aviation ministry who is a member secretary tp the committee. or u can write your letter and address it to him.

  4. P R RAVINDER says:

    Dear Sir,
The Dharmadhikari Committee established by the Government is to take everbody
to joyride. This is only to pass time. The Government headed by Dr Manmohansingh
will NOT address the core problem of corruption in Air India by ordering of purchase of aircraft because it is done by NCP nominee Mr Praful Patel. The Congress want to reach 2014 at any cost.

MORE ANNA HAZARE’S ARE REQUIRED FOR THIS COUNTRY.

  5. in democratic country like india ,any thing is possible as wrong decisions / polices made & implement by govt no one utter a single word , higher authorities & management not suffered as they r already in good positions but think of middle person or employee working without salary from last 2 months , everybody in middle age where family needs r on priorty but who bothers nither mgt nor pm ,donot understand where an illetrate person knows how take care of family then high dignetries ,economist so called nationpride ministers r blank…………… what r they wating for………….

  6. K.R. Narayanan says:

    Dear Sir,
Why the Government is mum on payment of pending wage arrears to IA employees?
Prices have gone up – we retired employees are suffering. On the other hand all the M.P.s have got their wages hiked and comfortably receiving the same every month. I wonder there is no one to voice our issues.
I understand, AI employees are not paid June and July- 2011 wages. It is shame.
How they would run their home? I hope CMD of AI is receiving his salary from the
    Government of India every month.
It is shame – the Government is not able to manage a small issue.
Log Live our respectable M.P.s and let them not forget, we are electing them and
we need to suffer in the coming years too.

We have decorated labour laws – a ministry and Chief Labour Commissioner.
Please bundle all your labour laws and send the same to the dust bin.

    Respected sir,

    manniye justice Mr. Dharmadhikari ji

shayad aap ye toh jantey hi hongey ki isi erstwhile IA ki ek wholly owned subsidiary company bhi hai jo ki 2002 mein matr 2 -ATR 42-320 aircraft ke sath born hui thi aur aaj 7ATRs,4 CRJs…..+ KUCH B737-200 (NOT IN PRESENT) all old aircrafts age 10+yrs ko din rat hard work sey fly karwati rahi hai jisey kabhi ALLIANCE AIR-AASL name diya gaya tha ……TODAY HAVING APPROX 650 YOUNG CONTRACTUAL EMPLOYEESSSS……UNDER THE POOR MANAGMENT OF Rtd people frm indian airlines.

but aaj jab (Air India + IA) ka ye hal hai toh jara sochiye hum jaisey contractual staff ka kitna bura hal hoga …….Being a junior member of engineering staff of AASL mai aapko abhi sirf is bat sey awgat karwana chahunga ki after working period of 4 to 5 YRS here the so called aircraft maintenence technicians are getting the salary of …….Rs.10200/- PER MONTH i.e. RS.340/- PER DAY WHICH IS lesser than THE DAILY WAGE GETTING BY A LABOUR WORKING IN NAREGA pariyojna or a rickshaw puller………. SIR,I CAN ASSURE YOU IN THIS WORLD IN ANY AIRLINE OR IN MRO …..AFTER 4-5 YRS KISI BHI technical staff ki SALARY ITNI KAM NAHI HAI.

whereas in our parent company (AI+IA) with same grade their salary is 6-7 times higher than us……………..why why sir…….becoz v r getting NO MEDICAL BENIFIT +NO PRAMOTION POLICY (TIME BOUND) BE AT SAME SALARY TILL U LAST+ NO EXTRA ALLOWANCES + NO JOB SECURITY(CONTRACTUAL) as OF now we r getting contract of 2months OR 3 months thn god knows kis din contract terminate ho jaiga ……………!

HOW CAN OUR FAMILIES SURVIVE ??? sir v r living in so much pressure that if in near future something better will not come THE ONLY OPTION LEFT WITH US ……..TO COMMIT SUCIDE ………….!

Therefore ITS A HUMBLE REQUEST TO YOU SIR PLEASE REMOVE THIS DISPARITIES ……………DO JUSTICE MAKE US PERMANENT STAFF LIKE AIRINDIA EXPRESS WHICH WAS BORN MUCH LATER IN 2006 AND THEIR STAFF IS PERMANENT TODAY AGAIN V R LOOSER……….PLEASE SIR IT IS THE MATTER OF 700 FAMILIES WHO R ENGAGED WITH AASL . WE WILL BE GR8FUL TO YOU

  9. What is the out come of the Committee report?

We do not know why the Government is not reponsing
to the genuine issues? Congress leaders are talking
big thro media – what justice they could in the
    pending issue.

    KRN

  10. Injustice – no one to voice – When Air India
employees were paid arrears why the same was not
paid to Officers who retired from Indian Airlines ? If I say no money to pay my monthly bills, will concerned authorities spare me? It is enough that the Government has slept enough – let them wake up – election is coming fast. Justice should come in normal way – but – not by force.
    KRN
